TANBead® Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit  is suitable for isolating DNA from stool samples.
Automated nucleic acid extraction can be performed by using a magnetic bead-based technology extractor.
The purified DNA can be used for downstream PCR, sequencing, or other applications.
TANBead® Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (REF M6SCS46) enables purification of high-quality microbial and host DNA from stool of human and other species.
Additional step in pretreatment can be performed to enrich the desired extraction products of microbiome.
The isolated DNA is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, Real-time PCR and microbiome profiling.

Principle: The silicon dioxide layer coated on the magnetic beads can adsorb negative charged molecules in order to purify nucleic acid from samples.
Sample Types: 50 mg stool.
Suitable Instrument: Maelstrom 4800 and Maelstrom 8 Autostage.
