This TANBead Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (6PE series products with Plasmid Extraction Auto Tube/ Plate) provides a rapid, high-quality and automated nucleic acid extraction solution. Through fast and simple pre-processing, plasmid DNA can be extracted from gene cloning commonly used E. coli, such as DH10B, DH5α, BL21(DE3) and TOP10. The extracted plasmid DNA product with high purity and low interfering substances can be directly used for PCR/ gel electrophoresis analysis/ sequencing and other applications. Plasmid DNA can also be treated with restriction enzymes after extraction, which can be directly applied to gene cloning and subsequent gene and protein expression.
