in SARS-CoV-2 positive samples.
The EliGene® COVID19 UKV RT kit can distinguish between the wild type SARS-CoV-2 virus and its mutations in one reaction.

Ready-to-use reagents, including amplification control and positive controls.
Available in size with 100 and 500 reactions/kit.
Validated on conventional RT PCR cyclers used for PCR detection of SARS-CoV-2.
A clinical study on 3439 samples showed: 100% specificity, 100% sensitivity and 100% agreement with the reference method.
Analytical sensitivity - 5 copies of SARS-CoV-2 in reaction Mix.
Suitable for RNA isolated from all types of clinical samples.
Compatible with all Elisabeth Pharmacon viral isolation kits.

All components of the kit must be
transported and stored at -20 °C. Kit
