The CoolCube is designed to store samples safely on the lab bench without sample degradation caused by temperature increase or fluctuation. 
The CoolCube maintains temperature at approximately 0C for up to four hours. 
Simply place the CoolCube in a freezer overnight and it will be ready to use.
One side of the CoolCube can be used as a convenient PCR workstation for 12 standard 1.5/2.0ml microtubes with one 96 well PCR plate, or with 12x 0.2ml strips or 96×0.2ml tubes.
The other side may be used to hold up to 36 standard 1.5/2.0ml microtubes.

Before using your CoolCube for the first time, it sholud be pre-frozen in a freezer (-8° to -25°).
Between uses, store the CoolCube in a freezer for a minimum of 12 hours. (Temperatur between -8°C and -25°C).
Never store the CoolCube in temperature enviroments that are below -25°C.
Remove the CoolCube from the freezer and aloow 15 to 30 minutes for equilibration.
Place tubes or plate in the appropiate cavities; temperature will be maintained for up to 4 hours.
Maintenance: Once a month, allow your CoolCube to thaw completely for a minimum of 24 hours.
To verify perfomance, place a pre-chilled microcentrifuge tube filled with cold (.20°C) 50% ethanol into a tibe cavity. Allow ten minutes for equilibration and then measure the temperature in the tube with a lab thermometer pre-cooled to -20°C.

Do not autoclave!
Do not steam sterilize!
Do not subject to temperatures above 50°C.
