Ready-mixed Tris-Borate-EDTA Buffer powder to be dissolved in 1 L of distilled water. On dilution, the resultant 1x TBE solution will have final concentration: 89 mM Tris Base, 89 mM Borate, 2 mM EDTA, pH 8.2.
Storage conditions: Store at room temperature. The reconstituted buffer is stable for several days at 4°C if 0.2 µm filtered.
